Hallo...any one knows how to make an icon in windows from tcl programming??? i need the steps, thanks?

I get a assignment from my lecturer to make an icon in taskbar menu, my program is using tcl/tk with Visual C library, I don't know how to make it. Any one knows?I need the steps about what should I do, because the dateline is on 10th August 2006, thank you before. I'll wait for the answer
